Best customer service ever!!! 🤩 All staff are Knowledgeable and efficient! Extremely reasonable prices for any job you need done that they provide. Fastest oil change around. They have been taking care of my cars for years and have always given me quality care. Today's oil change was no exception. I needed an air filter mine was disgusting. They had one in stock and replaced quickly. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Update, took my sons car there today still the same awesome service!

These guys were fast and knowledgeable. I went for an oil change and was in and out in about 10 minutes. Can't comment on the price, as I don't typically pay for oil changes. But they did give me a bottle of water and some dash wipes for free, so there's that.

My 3rd visit here and am so thankful for this place, the exceptional crew solved my ask-that was not oil change but a immobilizing problem with a failed hood not latching down, so I can drive it! But they came thru and fixed it ! I see a great growth for these guys and Choice Quick Lube !

This is THE BEST place to get your oil changed! All the technicians were so incredibly friendly and quick. They cleaned the windshield, topped off the tires, and changed my oil in less than 5 minutes. Super great staff with quick and efficient service! We won’t go anywhere else from now on!!

Highly, highly recommend. Came in just today to get an oil change and AC recharge. When they noticed the recharge didn't work, they started investigating to find the problem, explaining the whole way what they were doing and trying in order to solve it themselves. They pinpointed the core of an issue I've been having for ages by doing that and I'm seriously grateful. (Also, has to be said, everyone was so lovely and kind!) Give this place a shot if you need a reliable joint!

I have been coming here for years now and I cannot recommend it enough. I have never felt like they are trying to take advantage of me or con me into buying things I don’t need. Instead, they show me my air filter, or a certain fluid, and then show me what it should look like and explain the consequences and how long I can wait until I replace it. In my old car, they noticed my mirror was hanging off and they offered to call around to different junkyards and find the cheapest mirror and install it for me. I was planning on buying a new car soon so I passed on their offer, but when they realized someone had drilled my other mirror into my car they offered to drill the hanging mirror in for me. I feel like they are genuinely looking out for me as the customer rather than trying to make the most money off a sale.

I am genuinely impressed with this oil change place. They are super quick, and will also do a general inspection. Price is pretty average. What really impressed me, however, is how they acted when there was a problem with their service. I had the unfortunate experience of a tech not properly tightening the oil cap. This caused the cap to come completely off a few weeks alter - luckily as I was getting home - so entire tank of oil spilled. I called them to let them know what happened, and the owner was on top of it so fast! He came to my house within minutes to fix the cap and to take the car back for inspection, to refill, and to clean up underneath. He was very apologetic. He cleaned the oil spill best he could, but also scheduled a power wash company to come and clean it up good, and said he would also issue a refund. I have never, ever seen a company take responsibility for a mistake this quickly, and work so hard to make it right. Even with that incident, their excellent response gained my trust. They have gained a lifetime customer! I definitely, 100% recommend Choice Quick Lub for oil changes!

I have always dread getting any kind of work done on my car, but I left my oil change today with a big smile and feeling elated that I finally found a pretty trustworthy mechanic shop! I don’t know if they are full service, but for routine maintenance, this is for sure going to be my go to spot. The oil prices were great, they adjusted my tire pressure, gave me a little window clean, happened to notice my wipers were old and had a good price for new ones (which had been on my todo list for the past year lol)— all of this and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, plus I stayed in my car the whole time??? Amazing. I love this place. 🥹

I've been here twice now with both of my cars. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. If I could give 10 stars I would. SUPER fast, informative, and generous. The shop is clean, the staff is friendly and fast, and the quality is outstanding. They gave my kid a toy and a piece of candy, my wife and I a water, and gave my car the fastest service I've ever seen. I don't know the name of the team lead that helped me the first time, unfortunately. Yesterday, the young man who helped me was named Slay (which might be the coolest name I've ever heard) and he was awesome. The whole team was fast, courteous, and efficient. I doubt I will get my oil changed anywhere else while I live in driving distance to this shop.

Extremely friendly staff, walked me through everything they were doing, explained the price differences, and they didn't try to sell any extra services and everyone hates when auto shops do that so it was a nice breath of fresh air. local shop I went to before charged well over $120 for an oil change, and on top of everything else Everything actually did only take 10 minutes. Was referred by Vince at the venerable and highly recommended Choice QuickLube on state st. AnnArbor; Abood the Mrg. here at the Ypsilanti 4000 Washtenaw Ave. location - is another exceptional stand-out as a auto service professional ! He no only does rapid oil change services, but he has tire services as he replaced 2 old tires with new ones I got from UnitedTire, he balanced and rotated for a great affordable price, then today I called to ask if he could change my volvo xc70 headlight bulbs- not a easy task, as it takes amazinf hand/finger coordination, patience, and skills understanding import auto headlight bulb parts. I can confidently recommend Abood and his team !

I will only take my cars here from now on! I came in for an oil change and the young man and woman that helped me were so kind and friendly. As soon as I entered the bay, I was handed a cold bottle of water and a packet of dashboard wipes. There was no guilt or judgement, no sales pressure, and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. When I went to pay, it was so incredibly inexpensive that I was taken aback. Fantastic service that I can't stop talking about!

Absolutely amazing service. I called ahead to check in on oil availability and pricing. The service was fantastic, quick, and they were happy to explain things as they did them for me. They also cleaned my windshield, kindly refilled my windshield wiper fluid, cleaned my headlights and a scratch on my car. I have never had a regular place to get my oil changed, but after how comfortable they made the experience, I can't imagine going anywhere else.
